Очень ненадежный блок питания, но с другим блоком ситуация не меняется. В тестах процессора проблема аналогичная - сбрасывает частоты. The essence of the problem is this: During the game (which is online that the plot), sometimes the FPS sags from 50-60 to 15 and below. Then after 20 seconds the fps rises again. In system monitoring (I will leave a link to the video), when the fps is normal, the processor will load at 100%, and when the fps drops, then the processor load decreases by 50%. I have already tried all the graphics settings in the game itself, as well as the Nvidia driver settings. The problem doesn’t go away. The hard drive is ok. Tried reinstalling, nothing changes. It’s just impossible to play PC parameters i5-2500, 16 RAM, 1050Ti, Win 10. Windows on SSD, GTA on HDD.
