An Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy involved traffic collision occurred at the intersection of West Avenue and 30th St., West in the City Of Lancaster. The deputy was reportedly rolling code 3 with lights and sirens to a call when he entered the intersection and was struck by a motorist. The deputy was transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries as well as the other motorist. Both are expected to recover with no issues. Collision is still under investigation.
