I would say I’m very disappointed in this website for not having this film, but then that’s why I made this account. Don’t be fooled into thinking this film is 98 or 91 minutes, it’s 95 with change and is most certainly worth every minute of it. With the help of a talking freeway billboard, a wacky weatherman tries to win the heart of an English newspaper reporter, who is struggling to make sense of the strange world of early 1990s Los Angeles.
