YunWave Radio x DubYard - Episode 1 We’re excited to announce our latest collaboration with Kunming’s own vinyl shop DubYard, featuring the talented artist Dub Ghost. He prepared a psychedelic doom experimental set with a touch of African acid rock for you. Amazing stuff! Dub Ghost describes himself as a “Rocker / Vinyl Digger. Bad guy with good taste,” and that couldn’t be more true. As the frontman of Never Before , a pioneering stoner metal band in China’s underground music scene, he’s known for explosive live shows and a deep, fuzz-laden sound that leaves audiences wanting more. In addition to his musical endeavors, Dub Ghost boasts an impressive vinyl collection of around 3,000 records and is a co-founder of DubYard —a cozy little record shop dedicated to sharing Black roots music and sound system culture. It’s the perfect spot to grab a drink, chill, and vibe to great tunes, with regular events that bring the community together.
