In my Developmental Biology class we had to design an experinement using planaria. I decided to do the T-cut which is known to create a two headed planarian. Of the 10 specimens that were cut only one displayed the 2 heads. The other 9 had the two neck pieces fuse back toghether. They are being viewed under a dissecting microscope approximately one week after the procedure.
