Titles read: 'MILLIONS HAVE HEARD HIM ON THE AIR - MANY HAVE SEEN HIM ON THE STAGE - HERE HE IS ON THE SCREEN - ISSY BONN THE FAMOUS HEBREW COMEDIAN'. Pathe Studio, London. Jewish comedian Issy Bonn enters and begins his patter act. He tells of the various dishes served at a wedding he went to, emphasising the meanness. He then sings 'Shake Hands With A Millionaire' (? or could be 'I Feel Like A Millionaire'?). A sentimental song about a beggar who feels rich because of “that kid of mine“ - rather in the style of Al Jolson singing 'Sonny Boy'. Intercut with shots of a small four-year-old (?) boy playing and smiling at camera. Song tells of how rich the father is to have a son like this. This is duplicate of item in Pathetone PT 475 - see separate record for details. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
