What is a Casual Clinic? Simply put, it's the same experience you'd get if we went out and skated together and I taught you something I think any level of skater can learn something here. The lesson focuses on the progression from “I just got inline skates and this is what I do“ to “I have been skating for years and have an effective double push“ Think of this series as an introduction to general skating information. It won't be overly detailed, but you can ask your questions in the comments and when I do a more in depth video about this, I'll be sure to incorporate those answers as well as I can In this episode I show you what I see when I watch someone who is a recreation or urban skater, specifically a skater who hasn't had formal speed lessons. The purpose of this is to help you understand the difference in techniques so you can apply each one when it makes the most sense. The natural up and down style of most skaters is completely fine if you are happy with how fast you can skate, but if you're hungry for more, I think exploring some elements from speed skating can really enhance your skating experience 0:00 Intro 3:33 Arriving At The Track 4:17 Rockered Frames 6:06 Casual Clinic 19:18 Leaving The Track 22:04 Outro
