Follow me on Twitter @ Get Great Retro Scene News @ Developed and published by Taito in 1987 The original Japan version of Rastan is pretty much the same as the worldwide release, save for the inclusion of an introduction screen when starting the game, which includes some of Rastan's backstory. I'm not sure why this was removed from other versions, especially when it was written in English, and only delays the action by a few seconds. It makes for a more complete experience, so when creating a QHD longplay it made sense to play this version instead. #rastan #retrogames #arcadegames
