The project is directed directly on the providing of formation of “NCO(E) scientific-educational consortium “System and financial analysis based on cognitive modeling technology“” (“NCO(E) SEC “SFA CMT“”) by means of invitation of students, postgraduate-students, teachers, scientists and specialists on the rights of national and foreign members of “NCO(E) state international organization “Academy of cognitive natural sciences“” (“NCO(E) SIO “ACNS“”), the organization of “The international scientific conference on fundamental sciences “Actual problems of modern science and technology: cognitive approach“” (held on the 01st-31st of March each year) [13 branches and 26 sections, the international electronic in the national and international languages] and “The international scientific conference on applied sciences “The improvement of quality of researches and developments in the modern organization: cognitive approach” (held on the 01st-31st of October each year) [9 directions and 27 sections, the international electronic in the national and international languages], and also the publishing of “The international scientific journal “Cognitive sciences“”. “SIO “Academy of cognitive natural sciences“” (“SIO “ACNS“”) acts as the main component of the system of science and education of the country for the creation, dissemination and use of basic and derived scientific results of the cognitive modeling technology (see and ): 1) performed by the principle of “administrative-economy subordination”; 2) works in the several main directions, which allow to provide the production of fundamental and applied scientific results (“The Nobel prize”); 3) includes the several various main divisions: the administrative-scientific divisions, the scientific-organizational divisions, the administrative-economy divisions, the scientific researches and education management divisions (the fundamental scientific researches management divisions of “SIO “ACNS“” – branches and sections (departments) [see the fundamental scientific researches branches and sections (departments) of “SIO “ACNS“”, and also the fundamental developments branches and departments of “SRI “SFA CMT“ of “RA(N)S“ n. a. Veniaminov V.N.”], the applied scientific researches management divisions of “SIO “ACNS“” – directions and sections (departments) [see the applied scientific researches directions and sections (departments) of “SIO “ACNS“”, and also the applied developments directions and scientific-researches laboratories of “SRI “SFA CMT“ of “RA(N)S“ n. a. Veniaminov V.N.”]), the divisions of the scientific fund at “SIO “ACNS“” (add.), the division of the scientific centre of “SIO “ACNS“” (add.), the scientific-historical divisions of “SIO “ACNS“” (add.), the scientific-public divisions of “SIO “ACNS“” (add.) and the divisions of “SRI “SFA CMT“ of “RA(N)S“ n. a. Veniaminov V.N.” (add.). “SIO “ACNS“” allows to provide the creation, dissemination and use of algorithms, methods and technologies of the system, financial, and complex analysis, and also to increase the efficiency of functioning the system of education and science based on the developed unique cognitive modeling technology.
