Sadiq Khan has expressed his “worry“ over Donald Trump's possible re-election this November, fearing an increase in hate towards him and his family. The London mayor has urged Labour to drop diplomatic efforts and openly back Trump's rival, Kamala Harris. In an interview with the New Statesman, Khan praised Harris's pick for Vice President, Tim Walz, calling him “hopeful“ and a sign of her good judgment. He contrasted this with Trump's choice of JD Vance, showing his clear preference for Harris.
