🤡Australian multi-millionaire Tim Garner on the need for mass layoffs to make people more manageable: We need to see unemployment rise. I think unemployment needs to jump 40-50 per cent. We need to see pain in the economy. We need to remind people that they work for the employer, not the other way around. There has been a systemic change: employees think the employer is very lucky to have them. It’s not the other way round. That dynamic needs to change. We need to eradicate this attitude. And we’re seeing that. I think every employer is seeing it right now. There are definitely mass layoffs going on. People may not be talking about it. But layoffs are definitely happening.
