This is an animation I was called to do after meditating with Bashar's Transformative Shifting exercise. Combining the visual movement of diving deeper into our multidimensional selves, with the beautiful sounds of Beethoven's 7th, 2nd movement allegretto to help us let go of those things that no longer serve us.
