Xavier Tillman, is a player with one of the highest floors in this class. His energy and effort defensively as well as on the glass make him a solid pick despite what he may lack athletically or in height/length. A lot of what we all fail to account for in this community is someone’s work ethic and mentality. Obviously we can’t get a true feel for that but Tillman is someone I’m confident is ready to come in and work, while going 100% at all times he steps on the court.
