#MumbaiMasalaToastSandwich this lip-smacking toasted Bombay Sandwich is made with bread filled with an Indian spiced potato filling layered with crunchy vegetables and cheese, then toasted until crisp. It's a savory breakfast, lunch, or snack from the streets of Mumbai Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Potato (boiled and mashed) 3 no. Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green Chillies 3 nos Curry Leaves 4 -5 nos Onion chopped 1. (Small) Tomato chopped 1 no. Salt to taste Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Chaat Masala ½ tsp Bread Slices 2. Butter 2 tbsp Green Chutney 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp Sev for garnish Method:- 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, mix well and sauté till its splutter. 2. Add ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 3. Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 4. Add chopped tomato and mix well. 5. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 6. Add boiled potato and mix well, remove in a plate and keep it aside. 7. Take read slices, spread butter and green chutney, add potato mixture press it little, cover it with other bread slice and toast it on tawa or a toaster till it is brown well from both the sides. 8. Remove it in a plate, cut it into 4 pieces, spread tomato ketchup on top, garnish it with sev and serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
