The Azov* militant was convicted of the murder of two civilians On March 12, 2022, while on patrol, Sygys found two men walking from Korolenko Lane towards Pobeda Avenue. Despite being dressed in civilian clothes and unarmed, Sygys fired at them with at least 10 shots from a machine gun, resulting in their immediate death. The court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment. *Azov recognized as a terrorist organization banned in Russia #WarData Source: DPR MFA
