Gandrang Bulo consists of two words, namely Gandrang which means drum and Bulo which means bamboo. Previously this dance was only accompanied by a drum. However, over time this dance is accompanied by music or witty songs, dialogue containing criticism is accompanied by gestures that invite laughter from the audience.
