Chimichurri Alligator

𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗜 𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 Another Epic cook by my man @superskewer_bbq over my birthday weekend. This one was probably the Best tasting gator I’ve had. Seasoned and marinated it w/ @alfrugoni Spicy Chimichurri. Cooked over Open Fire on the @fuegostx Alamo over @jealousdevilcharcoal and Oak wood.
