To celebrate the upcoming 21st anniversary of Turok: Evolution's release, here's a look at what could've been had Acclaim not rushed the developers. These are very low quality backup recordings that were extracted from a prototype Xbox build of the game. This audio comes from a point in development where there was going to be a larger focus on story and cutscenes. Many of these elements can be seen in early design documents for the game. Djunn was going to have a much larger role and traveled with Tal'Set during the first chapter to provide a tutorial for the player. There was a village where Tal'Set could walk around and interact with villagers. Raptor riding was also to be a mechanic alongside the flying segments. There are also several differences even in dialog that was in the final game.
