Body Flow in Martial Arts

This is a discussion on “Snake Style Kung Fu“, universal body flow or martial dancing and why this is the most useful thing in martial arts. Body flow is the beginning of speed and body alignment is the basis of power. When you combine these with combat tactics and serious combat practice (this is just martial dancing for body flow and alignment) you have an ultimate martial art. I call this snake style simply because the snake is a kinetic chain - a whip - this is the most efficient way of creating speed and power.
