Skewered Hanger Steak with Cilantro Chimichurri 🥩 🌿 🔥 On the Breeo X Series are some new churrasco skewers! Found some delicious hanger steak at the butcher shop, and decided to skewer them up and roast them up over the fire. I first started with 2 skewers, but learned that I’d need a 3rd. So... we made a change! Seasoned the hangers with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder from Spiceology. Skewered and laid them over the fire. Heated up some butter and my favorite: Cholula. Lathered that on top to get a nice crust on the steak. About 10 minutes on the fire then pulled and let rest for 10 minutes. Made a cilantro based chimichurri with cilantro, olive oil, white wine vinegar, green onions, salt, pepper, red chili flakes and lime juice. Sliced the steaks against the grain and topped with the Cilantro Chimi to finish! Loved every bite 🍻 👍 More Recipes: Pre-order my new cookbook here:
