Authentic Tibetan text is addressed to the spititual teacher. The text describes the torment of sentient beings in the Sansaric worlds. The text belongs to external preliminary practices. Performed in Russian translation using the style of Tibetan throat singing gyuke. Author: Shardza Rinpoche, the great yogin of the Yundrung Bon tradition, who acquired the “rainbow body“ (a sign of complete and final enlightenment) in 1934 Khyung Nagpo links Facebook VK Instagram Youtube Вandcamp itunes Khyung Nagpo - a project that aims to preserve the traditions of Tibetan ritual music and singing. Khyung (Skt. Garuda) - is a very important deity mentor (yidam) in the Tibetan spiritual traditions. It manifestates as a wonderful divine bird in eternal, continuous flight, soaring above all storms and passions. The nestling of the Khyung matures in the shell, which the parent carries in claws. Upon hatching from an egg, he instantly acquires all the qualities of a strong parent - so the practitioner, who has become strong in mind, throws off the shackles of the body and instantly gains realization. The project focuses on ideas that represent the philosophy of the Tibetan spiritual paths. These ideas, including reflections on incomparable value of human birth, the inevitability of death and the sufferings of sentient beings in the worlds of the Cycle, are transmitted through the singing of authentic Tibetan texts and the sounds of the Tibetan temple musical instruments. One of the singing styles used by the collective is “Gyuke” (an approximate translation - “voice of tantra”) - low-pitched throat singing, accepted in some monasteries of the Gelug tradition for reciting the Buddhist canon. The band’s repertoire includes singing offerings with the use of Gyuke, as well as performing daily prayers and rituals of the Yungdrung Bon tradition - one of five main spiritual traditions of Tibet. Members of the project: Edward Utukin, Alexey Naumkin, Alexander Severov, Vadim Tulinov.
