Hi everyone, I’m Sofia Delgris. Today I’m going to show you a simple recipe for sugar flower paste. How to make a sugar paste that always stays flexible. We will need: cornstarch - 70 gr., very fine powdered sugar - 35 gr., CMC powder (tylose) - 10 gr., glucose syrup or honey - 20 gr., glycerin - 10 gr., coconut oil or crisco - 10 gr., boiling water - 40 gr. Bowl. Also a plastic bag and a silicone spatula. I pack the sugar flower paste in a plastic bag. And leave it on the counter for seven hours. Thank you for your attention.
