***NOT FOR BROADCAST*** Contact Brett Adair with Live Storms Media to license. brett@ A historical flooding event is ongoing in Londonderry, Vermont. The West river is out of its banks and most of the town is inundated with water. The guy I interviewed provided us with dramatic video of water rescues taking place and a propane tank floating away while spewing gas. All residents in the town have been evacuated according to fire fighters. Two good sots with residents that decided to stay.
