“The chance of drowning in Tisza is higher than dying at the front” — said the head of the Council of Reservists of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Ivan Timochko. According to him, about a third of the total number of Ukrainian Armed Forces take part directly in hostilities, the rest are engaged in support issues.
