Amara Communications Co., Ltd. (ACS) wanted to enter the service provider market with Myanmar’s first 4G LTE offering. The greenfield operator wanted to provide a sophisticated digital experience for subscribers and introduce highly personalized high-speed internet plans. ACS enlisted the services of Alepo to deploy its next-gen Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) for the project. The operator required a system that would let it rapidly create, launch, and monetize new services as the market evolves. It wanted advanced BI reporting so it could create targeted promotions and contextual offerings. It also wanted to streamline business processes, as well as sign up for Alepo’s managed services. Alepo met all these requirements to help ACS launch ananda, Myanmar’s first LTE-only service. It ensured rapid service monetization, real-time reporting, a host of advanced business use cases like emergency data credit and congestion control with FUP plans, and more. It ensured zero network downtime, quick service restoration, and more. This case study details how Alepo’s Digital BSS and managed services enabled the operator to acquire over 60K subscribers within the first month of launch: #telecom #managedservices #mso #4G #LTE #BSS #DigitalTransformation #csps #myanmar
