INGREDIENTS - 1 bowl white sesame seeds 1 bowl sugar 2 tbsp ghee cashews as required pistachios as required METHOD - 1) In a pan, roast the sesame seeds well till they become crunchy. 2) Take them out on the plate once roasted well. 3) Now in the same pan, take some sugar. Let it caramelize on a low medium flame. 4) Add the sesame seeds to the melted sugar.
