Please follow the below steps to replace the motor coupler on a Premier One Touch Wet and Dry Grinder Tools: Flat head screw driver. 1. Remove the rubber feet to expose the screws. 2. Remove the 4 screws using a flat head screw driver 3. Hold the fan with one hand and use the other hand to remove the motor coupler by rotating clockwise. (The coupler is reverse threaded) 4. Replace with a new motor coupler by rotating counterclockwise. 5. Realign the outer stainless steel cover and close the back cover
