How to make a rock into a cute penguin

This is a tutorial/how to video for painting a rock like a penguin. It looks a lot more complicated than it follow the steps one by one and you end up with a cute looking penguin rock :] This would be good to do with kids as a craft, maybe just simplify the design a little.
