Cabbage pakoda is a popular Indian snack that features thinly sliced or shredded cabbage mixed with gram flour (besan) and various spices. The mixture is then deep-fried until it turns crispy and golden brown. It's a delicious and crispy tea-time snack that's commonly enjoyed during rainy days or as an appetizer. #cabbagepakoda #pakodarecipe #easyrecipe #monsoonrecipe Ingredient Quantity Cabbage 1 no Salt to taste Vinegar 1 tbsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Chopped green chilli 4 no Chopped ginger 1 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Carom seeds ½ tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Gram flour 1 cup Rice flour 2 tbsp Chopped coriander 2 tbsp Water as required Chaat Masala for sprinkle Red chilli powder for sprinkle Method Clean the cabbage and cut into juliennes. Transfer into a bowl. Add salt and vinegar. Crush the cabbage and set aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the cabbage and transfer into another bowl. Add red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, chop ginger, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, besan (gram flour), rice flour, chopped coriander and mix it well. Add water to achieve desired consistency mix for deep fry. Add a small portion in hot oil to deep fry. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
