Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh has asked the United States to “realise its mistakes of blindly supporting” Israel, and hoped that Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who is visiting the Middle East for the fourth time since October 7, would now focus on ending the Israeli “aggression” in Gaza. The Hamas chief also called on the Arab leaders, who will be meeting Blinken, to pressurise the U.S. to stop Israel’s war in Gaza.
