Watch another edit of an unfinished Andy Milligan film, House of Seven Belles, here I've had a go at editing another uncompleted Milligan film into something a bit easier to watch. Milligan left the film unfinished, characteristically saying it was “a piece of shit... too snobish“. It does have the same hateful energy that his other films have and fans enjoy and is one of the few films of his from the 60s to have any material survive today. What is available on is a scan of a 16mm reference print made from an unfinished workprint, the original workprint is sadly lost. The image hasn't copied too badly, but the sound has been effected quite badly, mix that with the trademark clunky sound recording in Milligan's films too. I've done a bit of work to try to retrieve dialogue from the sections of mushy hiss and overwhelming hum, along with some general audio tidying up too, but the flaws in the surviving material are st
