No bile flow seen. PANCREATOGRAM: Not attempted. CHOLANGIOGRAM: The CBD, CHD and the intrahepatic ducts are dilated. Multiple filling defects suggestive of stones are seen in the CBD and CHD Gall bladder is well opacified and shows multiple filling defects. Papillotomy is done with conventional papillotome.
