#Rajgirasheera a super delicious Indian gluten-free dessert made from Amaranth flour. All the ingredients used in making this Rajgira Sheera are suitable for Hindu fasting (Vrat). So enjoy this dessert during your Upvas. Ingredients Quantity Ghee 1 cup 1 tbsp Rajgira flour 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Mix nuts 2-3 tbsp Cardamom powder 1 tsp Hot water 1 cup Khoya ¼ cup Method:- 1. In pan add ghee, rajgira flour, and roast the flour in the ghee properly. 2. Now add sugar, mix nuts, and cardamom powder, and little more ghee and roast properly. 3. Once the sugar melts properly add hot water in it. 4. Stir regularly on medium flame and add khoya in it to give rich flavor. 5. Our sheera is ready, serve it in the bowl and enjoy.
