Not long ago a mysterious Russian billionaire purchased the mansion for 16 million dollars. No one knows his plans for the property other than demolition of the mansion. Locals believe the owner fled the country to Russia and abandoned the project all together. The last owner to live in the house was in the 60’s till recently. They managed a Christmas company together until The wife passed away. Then he passed away a few years after. The mansion sat vacant for many years until it was purchased by the billionaire.
