Workshop: Propeller performance, Austin, Texas, USA, 2015. The performance of the PPTC propeller in oblique flow conditions has been studied numerically using FINFLO, a general-purpose CFD code. The results are compared to model tests conducted in a cavitation tunnel, in terms of global forces, cavitation observation and propeller induced pressure pulses.
