This is why I prefer to have some extra airspeed before descending to ground effect. Diamond doesn't float - it drops like a rock if you are not careful. Compare this landing - altimeter&airspeed - to a short approach from last summer in easy circumstances. Full stop landing after practice session of 5 preceding touch and go's.
