A pregnant woman was punched repeatedly in the stomach after an assailant placed a pillowcase over her head in an unprovoked street attack. The 20-year-old Jewish woman was walking on Manor Road in Stamford Hill, north London, when she was “discreetly stalked“ by her attacker. As he creeps up on the victim, he places a pillowcase over her head, unleashes a flurry of punches before fleeing, according to CCTV. The Telegraph understands police are working to determine whether or not this was a hate crime, but detectives do not believe it is linked to any other crime.
