I tried to make them fit English song patterns and rhyming while also keeping them as close to the original translations as I could. TL Notes: *Joke which is not translateable. In Japanese, から means from, and からあげ refers to deep fried food. 上 (the character for top) can be read as both うえ or あ as in 上げる. The joke is that “karaage“ can be read as being “from the top“ as in “から 上げ“ *Similarly, 下 (the character for bottom) can be read as both した and げ, producing a similar joke as to the one above where “from the top“ (下から) can also be interpreted as “karage“ (から下)
