LeChatelier demo -- cobalt chloride color changes as temp changes - Part 2

This is Part 2 of the first LeChatelier demo. After the switching of the hot water tube to the ice bath and the ice bath tube to the hot water bath, we see the blue color darken even more, and the solution that turneed blue in the first part winds up half blue (top portion) and half red (lower portion). This is because the cooler red solution will “sink to the lower end“ and the warmer blue water that hasn't fully cooled yet, will rise. Likewise we see the tube that was in ice water turn blue top to bottom because as the water is warmed it rises and mixes. Lots of fun to watch.
