What are the combination of things that work for you…what doesn’t work for you. === Our Mission is Teen & Young Adult Mental Health. === Here’s my truth: I have struggled with my mental health since I was 10 years old. It has been a long journey of discovering what works and what doesn’t. I found a combination of things works for me including the importance of having healthy relationships. I am now proud to say that I am joyfully alive. It took a long time, and a lot of hard work and I feel very proud and lucky to be able to be at the light at the end of the tunnel. On the Split/Sheet, right here on our @mellebabymusic channel, and other channels in the future, we will be dialoging with our family, friends, coworkers and followers. Designed to eliminate unnecessary suffering among teens and young adults, Dialog is using carefully structured sentence stems to create a safe space between two or more people and insure everyone feels safe and heard. This helps teens and young adults have better relationships, improved mental health, and access to more career success and joy in life. Our songwriting team then takes these Dialogs and writes songs inspired by them. Our Audience Producers then market the Dialog Life Skills, the Dialog livestreams, and our Dialog Songs (a new genre of music that we call D-Pop). === Last week’s Dialog was with Jaxon about being a good leader and not focusing on the little things. This inspired us to write a song called “Little Things” which is about not being consumed by the little things and focusing on the big picture. And Jaxon, Haley and Melle made the Split/Sheet. === If your story inspires us to write a song, you make the Split/Sheet for the song we create together, forever! That means: 1.)
