The Russian-built Uran-9 UGV was first deployed in combat during the Syrian Civil War. Armed with a remotely operated turret that carries light and medium-caliber weapons and missiles, two anti-tank guided missile launchers on each side, and six rocket-propelled reactive flamethrowers, the robot is capable of engaging targets kilometers away and penetrating armors 800 millimeters deep.
