Dahua NVR Noise level test // Model # nvr4216-8P

Dahua NVR4216-8P Noise test. I found this NVR rather noisy and would like to share small video with you guys. Hopefully you'll find it beneficial. I did help my friend install different brand of NVR that also had POE build in and that NVR (It was a different brand nvr) was practically silent. I also have switcher with POE 15 & 30 Watts per each channel and that switcher is silent as well. So the question is if it's possible to make NVR that barely makes any noise why make such a loud one?
