The Washington Commanders have suspended an employee following controversial remarks made about the team's players and NFL figures. The employee, Rael Enteen, vice president of content with the organization for four years, made comments to an undercover reporter from the O’Keefe Media Group, alleging that some players were anti-gay, accusing Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones of being racist and anti-gay, and calling NFL commissioner Roger Goodell a “$50 million puppet.“ According to the media group, Enteen met the reporter through the dating app Hinge and spoke with her twice at restaurants in Washington, D.C., in June. “The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization,“ a team spokesperson said, noting that Enteen has been suspended pending an investigation.
