Leave Me Lonely from Newton's new album - Interference (Of Light) This might be favourite track on the album, but don't tell the others. At multiple points in the making of this track I thought I had completely lost my mind. It's got lots of moving parts and longest list of genres I've ever got into three and a half minutes. Modern RnB/soul, indie rock, Pop, full on 90s American punk and ends somewhere I can't quite identify, all with a bunch of sequencers going nuts through the the whole thing. It's definitely among the most fun things to sing on the album, especially the verses. The bass line is hands down my favourite bass line I have ever recorded, hard to pocket but totally worth it. I am really looking forward to unleashing this one loud and live! ALBUM PRE-ORDER AND TOUR TICKETS
