2X6 Redwood and Red Cedar Dining Table

Thank you so much for watching my dining table build video! As mentioned this table was made from Redwood & Tennessee red cedar. The table base and bench bases were made from dimensional 2x6 Redwood Lumber milled in Idaho. The bench tops are from a 1 inch thick solid Sequoia redwood slab. I used dowel joints for everything except the top surface which is attached with pocket holes. It was the most amazing thing when I saw it transform from the final sanding to the polyurethane finish.
