A short documentarian about Russian ballet and the artwork of Valery Kosorukov. The film was made by The Central Television of the USSR in 1978 and was directed by Vladimir Grave. Featured are rehearsals at the Bolshoi theatre for three different performances: “Legend of Love,“ “Ivan the Terrible,“ and “Sparticus.“ The choreographer was Y. Grigorovich and the soloist dancers were N. Bessmertnova, A. Bogatyrev, and Y. Vladimirov. Also featured is Kosorukov's studio in Moscow and a variety of his sketches.
