The Port of Alexandroupolis (or Alexandroupoli) is located in a relatively underdeveloped region of northern Greece, several miles from the Turkish border and 60 miles north of the Dardanelles Straits that lead into the Black Sea, port is the starting point for a vertical corridor that leads directly north into Bulgaria and Romania, which shares a 380-mile border with Ukraine. Along with the United States, five other NATO allies have used this port for their logistic missions: France, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, and Portugal. 0:00~ Intro 0:51~ Unload U.S. equipment 2:53~ Unload U.K. equipment 5:04~ Unload Spanish equipment 7:00~ Aerial view Click here to Subscribe USA Military Channel: Film Credits: U.S. Army and NATO video by Antonio Bedin, SGT Andrew Jo, Jeff Jurgensen, SFC Jennifer Reynolds, 1SG Jacob Connor, SSG Daniel Yeadon, SGT Katelyn Myers The appearance of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) visual information does not imply or constitute DoD endorsement.
