The patient, who had undergone rhinoplasty in a different country 2 years ago, applied to our clinic because of nasal deformity and breathing problems. As a result of the examination of the patient, the following findings were found: - drooping columella - left nasal septal deviation - weak nasal wing cartilages on the left, collapse observed while breathing (nasal valve collapse, alar collapse) - asymmetry in the nostrils - overprojected nose tip - deviated nasal bone to the right We planned an open technique secondary rhinoplasty operation for the patient. During the operation, The tongue-in-groove (TIG) techniquetechnique and septocolumellar suture technique were used to correct the drooping columella for upward movement of the columella.
