U.S. Navy Submarine Surfaces Through the Ice (USS Connecticut)

USS Connecticut -- the submarine USS Connecticut surfaces through the Arctic Ice. The Virginia-class submarine USS New Hampshire (SSN 778) and the Seawolf-class submarine USS Connecticut (SSN 22) participated in Ice Exercise 2011 (ICEX-2011) in the Arctic Ocean, March 2011.
