The Z Racecar. Between 1988 and 1989, the Nissan GTP ZX-Turbo dominated in IMSA GTP racing. Additional factory endorsement, combined with a new chassis, gearbox and more reliable Goodyear tires contributed to the team's success. The VG30ET was making upwards of 800 hp, with a power band that extended from 4000 to 9000 rpm.
